Welcome to the website for the Des Moines Semi-Pro Baseball League!

We are a wood-bat adult baseball league based in Central Iowa. The league consists of 7 teams made up of players age 18-30+. Each team plays 24 regular season games and the league then has a double elimination tournament at the end of the year. Based on the regular season and league tournament, five of the leagues teams qualify for the State Tournament.

Most of the players in the league are current college players, however we have quite a few ex-minor league players who are now living in the Des Moines area.
